Objective Answer: There are many differences, but two major and differences between Tidewater and Backcounty is slaverey and money. Tidewater is much richer, but they use slaves for everything.
This graphic images is showing both the Tidewater area along with some of the Backcountry area (Tidewater towards the right, Backcountry towards the left). The different colors are showing the different percentages of slavery in the seperate areas. As the graphic shows, there were much higher percentages of slavery in the Tidewater area than the Backcountry area. I chose this image because one of the two major differences between Tidewater and Backcountry regions was slavery and this images shows that exactly.
